Our 14 Day Returns Policy

1. Please contact us before returning any goods to inform us of your intention to return and the reason for the return.
2. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
3. The items(s) must be returned in the original unopened condition suitable for re-sale (we do not collect the goods being returned).
4. Customers are requested to obtain proof of postage for all returns.
5. We guarantee that all items are dispatched in a ‘new’ condition. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty please return the item and if stocks allow we will send a replacement or offer a full refund.

What we refund:

· In the event of point 5 above we offer a full refund. This will cover the initial postage cost, item value and return postage.
For all other returns.
· We will refund the initial postage costs for returned items.
· We do not refund the return postage for returned items unless in the case of point 5 above.

The G9 Leisure team spend many hours sourcing and selecting products from established manufacturers before including them in our product range. The item descriptions on our website are composed of text descriptions as supplied by the manufacturers. In the unlikely event that you feel an item description has been misleading we will refund the full item cost together with postage and packaging once the item has been returned.
