A fantastic new product from Gymkids. The Twister is suitable for both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children. Works by first placing feet at an equal distance on the round plate. Then by placing and gripping both hands at an equal distance on the handles. Once done, twist body slowly whilst gripping the handles and turn body first 90 degrees to the right and then return to the starting position. Then repeat the exercise by turning 90 degrees to the left. Repeat as often as necessary.
